Erica Bray is a yoga and meditation teacher dedicated to helping people lead healthier lives. Expect her classes to be playful, thoughtful and challenging. Erica is a graduate of Northwestern University (B.S., M.S.) and Moksha Yoga Center (CYT) with over 1,000 hours of specialized training. She is a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) meditation teacher through UMass Medical School and wellness coach through The Mayo Clinic. Following an around-the-world sabbatical across Asia to study yoga and meditation, including time at an ashram, Erica left a 20-year global media and marketing career to empower others with mindfulness practices to reduce stress and improve mind-heart-body health.
